This Web site (www.VeuxToys.com, or any replacement site, the “Site”) is operated by Veux Company LLC. d/b/a Veux Toys (“VeuxToys.com”, “we”, or “us”) to provide you with information about us and the services we offer, along with other relevant information which we hope you find useful. All access to and use of the Site is governed by and subject to these terms and conditions (these “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully and thoroughly. By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue to access and use the Site.

Services:
Veux Toys is a online seller manufacturer and Minifigures customizer.
Taxes:
If you are an California resident you agree to pay all sales taxes, duties and other charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the service.
Contests:
Veux Toys may run certain contests on the main site or social media. Your participation in any such sweepstakes and/or contest is subject to and governed by the applicable Official Rules as set forth on, or linked to, any specific landing page for each such sweepstakes or contest on the Site. All such sweepstakes and contest terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
ALL CONTESTS AND SWEEPSTAKE S ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN LOS ANGELES, CA.
Risk of Loss:
All merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received a box that is damaged or includes broken merchandise please contact support@veuxtoys.com
Warranty:
The products offered on the site are provided on as “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Veux Toys disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any and all implied warranties.
Subscription Refunds / Returns:
Veux Toys does not provide refunds on subscriptions. If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to sell the items to others. Due to the boxes being a surprise we can not issue refunds or exchanges.
Online Store Refunds/Returns:
All sales are final. If Veux Toys makes an exception for a return it must be completed within 7 days of receiving the item. The items must be in new and unopened condition. Veux Toys does not cover shipping costs in either direction.
When the item is received and inspected, Veux Toys will issue the refund within 3 business days and has the right to charge a restocking fee.
Security:
Veux Toys employs such commercially reasonable measures as it deems appropriate to secure and protect information transmitted to and from, or stored on the Site. Veux Toys and our software vendors as well as payment processors are GDPR compliant. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that any such information or transmissions are or will be totally secure. Unencrypted Internet communications are not secure, and no security measures are impenetrable. You agree to immediately notify us of any breach of Site security, these Terms, or our Privacy Policy of which you become aware. At Veux Toys, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same. We have expended substantial time, effort and funds to create the Site and to collect and provide the features, materials, products, and services that are available on or through the Site. You understand that Veux Toys owns, or (where required, appropriate, or applicable) has been licensed by third parties to use, all right, title, and interest in and to the Site and the features, materials, products, and services made available on or through the Site, and all Content therein. IN A JURISDICTION THAT DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, THE LIABILITY OF VEUX TOYS AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES, SHALL BE LIMITED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OF THE FOREGOING, IF VUEX TOYS OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, IS FOUND LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF ANY CLAIMS OR OTHER MATTERS ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, VEUX TOYS AND SUCH PARTIES’ CUMULATIVE, AGGREGATE, AND MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND OTHER MATTERS IN ANY CALENDAR YEAR SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Veux toys, and its Representatives, harmless from and against all claims, demands, suits or other proceedings, and all resulting loss, damage, liability, cost, and expense (including reasonable attorneys fees), made by any third party due to or arising out of content, data, information, other materials that you submit, post to, or transmit through the Site, your access to or use of the Content, the Site, and other materials, products, and services available on or through the Site and Veux toys, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another. We reserve, and you grant to us, the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you hereunder. All rights and duties of indemnification that are set forth herein shall survive termination of these Terms.

Jurisdiction:
The Site is controlled by or on behalf of Veux toys in the United States of America. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles or rules. Any claim or action brought by you that arises out of or relates to these Terms and your access to and use of the Site or the Content must be commenced within one year after the cause of action arises.
